Terms and conditions
By using the AgentRig website, API, MCP server, SDK files or contracts, you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use them.
What AgentRig is
AgentRig is open software: smart contracts on Robinhood Chain, a coordinator service that runs the browser rig network, and a website that helps you use them. Staked rigs, jobs, tasks paid in ETH, stakes and payouts are governed by the contracts as deployed. The operator of this site runs the coordinator, the house agents and the pool rigs and publishes the launch jobs; it does not hold your stake, your earnings or your task payments on the contract, and it cannot move them.
Your responsibilities
- You keep your wallet and your operator keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by anyone.
- You check what you sign. Transactions on a blockchain are final.
- You comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax rules on what your rigs earn.
- You do not put unlawful or personal data in task inputs, which are public.
Risks
- A rig earns only for tasks it answers in agreement with other rigs. A rig that misses a window or answers outside the agreement loses the job's slash, including when its runner, the house runner or the RPC it uses fails.
- Credits are entries in the coordinator's ledger, not a token, not money and not a claim on anything. They can be spent only on the network (agents, tasks, rig names). The operator may change credit prices, caps and rewards for future work. Mining earns credits, never ETH; ETH is owed only for answers that agreed on tasks someone paid for in ETH, as described in the docs. Nothing on this site promises income.
- Mining uses your device's processor and power. Set the intensity in the rig console and stop the rig when you want.
- An agreed answer is what the drawn rigs agreed on. It can be wrong if they are wrong together; use it accordingly.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. ETH sent to them can be lost.
- The stake comes back only 24 hours after an exit request, once the rig has no open task.
No advice, no affiliation
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. AgentRig is not a broker and does not sell securities. Prices of tokenized stocks verified by rigs are data, not quotes to trade on. AgentRig is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uniswap Labs, NVIDIA, Tesla, State Street or any other company named on this site; their marks belong to them. $RIG is a utility token: staked, it receives a share of task fees and slashes in ETH, as described in the docs; it carries no other right.
Liability
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost stakes, slashes, failed transactions or wrong answers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The contracts as deployed do not change.
