Publish a job

A job is a task format rigs can verify: exact answers that must match bit for bit, or numbers that must sit within a band of the median. You earn 10% of every paid task.

Give the URL of the runner spec (what the rig runs, on which inputs).

What the builder earns

10% of the price of every task of this job that settles in agreement, credited in the contract and claimed from the header. A refunded task pays nobody but the orderer.

A good spec

Say exactly what a rig runs, on which input format, and how the answer is encoded in 32 bytes, so two careful rigs always reach the same answer. The launch specs are a model: prove-hook-v1, verify-price-v1, label-data-v1.

After publishing

The job takes orders once it has as many active rigs as its quorum. As builder you can change the price or pause the job; you cannot touch stakes or payments.
